At Cardó we celebrate the richness of sharing.
In our kitchen, Latin American and European influences come together with a profoundly Ecuadorian heart, highlighted through local ingredients. We believe that flavor is a universal language, capable of telling stories and bringing cultures together on a single plate.
Our style is that of a mestizo cuisine, showcasing the best of Ecuadorian products through influences from many places. Cardó is mestizo essence: a gastronomic proposal that looks outward to the world while remaining rooted in the place where it was born —Quito—, inviting you to discover how diversity transforms into flavor, connection, and identity.
